These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 2jbeat ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website available at https://2jbeat.cam and all associated services, games, betting markets, promotional offers and customer support channels (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing the Platform, creating a user account, placing a bet, participating in a game, or claiming a promotional offer, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. • "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited by applicable law.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary display currency of the Platform.

To register an Account and use the Services you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee or representative of any third party.
• You do not hold another active Account on the Platform. Only one Account per person, household, IP address, device and payment method is permitted.

• You have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements in your jurisdiction.

2jbeat reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion without providing a reason, where permitted by applicable law.

When registering an Account on 2jbeat, you must provide accurate, current and complete information. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading or incomplete registration information is grounds for immediate Account suspension.

Identity Verification

2jbeat operates a mandatory KYC process in compliance with applicable AML regulations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before making withdrawals or reaching specified deposit thresholds:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., CNIC, passport, driving license)
• Proof of address dated within the last three months
• Proof of payment method (e.g., bank statement, screenshot of mobile wallet)
• Source of funds declaration where applicable

Account Security

The availability of specific payment methods — including but not limited to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL bank transfer, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and cryptocurrency options such as BTC and USDT — is subject to the operator's current cashier configuration, third-party payment processor availability, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Deposit Conditions

• All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited.

General Bonus Conditions

• Each promotion is available once per eligible player unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and must meet the applicable Wagering Requirement before they or associated winnings can be withdrawn as real-money funds.
• Wagering Requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for each offer. Uncompleted bonus balances expire automatically at the end of the validity period.
• Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirements. Contribution percentages are stated in the relevant promotion terms. Live dealer games and certain jackpot slots may have reduced or zero contribution.
• 2jbeat reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any promotional offer at any time, provided that rights already accrued by eligible players at the time of cancellation are not materially affected.
• Misuse of promotions, including the use of multiple accounts or coordinated wagering to guarantee returns regardless of outcome, constitutes Prohibited Conduct and will result in cancellation of bonus funds and potential Account suspension.

Specific rules governing individual sports betting markets, live in-play betting, casino games, live dealer tables and other wagering activities are available within the relevant sections of the Platform. The following general provisions apply to all wagering activity on 2jbeat:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or modified after confirmation unless the relevant market rules specifically permit it.
• 2jbeat reserves the right to void bets placed on markets that were incorrectly priced due to a manifest error. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the player's account balance.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended without notice in response to live event developments. Bets placed and confirmed before market suspension remain valid unless the event is abandoned or the relevant bet rules provide otherwise.
• 2jbeat does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific betting market, including but not limited to PSL T20 fixtures, ICC tournament markets, football leagues, UFC events or any other sports category.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. 2jbeat does not control game outcomes. RTP figures displayed within games are theoretical and calculated over an extended period of play; they do not indicate expected returns on individual sessions.
• Maximum win limits per bet or per session may apply and are displayed in the relevant game rules or market terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 2jbeat. Breach of this clause may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, reporting to relevant authorities and legal action where applicable:

• Registering or operating more than one Account, whether personally or through associates.
• Using another person's Account, credentials or payment method without their express consent.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any automated means to place bets, access the Platform or exploit promotions.
• Collusion with other players or third parties to influence the outcome of any game or bet.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or manifest pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering or using the Platform to process proceeds of illegal activity.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage strategies or any systematic technique designed to guarantee returns irrespective of outcome, where such conduct is contrary to the Platform's promotional terms.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is prohibited by applicable law.
• Any conduct that causes or may cause reputational, financial or operational harm to 2jbeat.

2jbeat is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment. It carries financial risk and, for some individuals, can become harmful. 2jbeat makes the following responsible gambling tools available to all registered players:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, distribute, modify, reproduce, publish, transmit, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.

Game content available through the Platform is provided by third-party software providers and is subject to those providers' intellectual property rights and licensing terms. Use of game content outside the Platform interface is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 2jbeat, its officers, directors, employees and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Gambling losses incurred through use of the Platform;
• Interruptions to Platform availability due to maintenance, technical failures or external factors;
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your own failure to maintain credential security;
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers, including mobile wallets and banking institutions;
• Losses arising from your breach of these Terms;
• Any loss arising from reliance on information provided on the Platform that is subject to change.

Nothing in this clause shall operate to exclude or limit liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

2jbeat reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close your Account at any time where:

• We have reasonable grounds to suspect Prohibited Conduct, fraud or money laundering;
• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• You fail to complete KYC verification within a specified period;
• Regulatory or legal obligations require us to restrict your access;
• A responsible gambling concern arises regarding your account activity.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach by you, 2jbeat reserves the right to withhold any or all remaining balance pending the outcome of an investigation. Where closure is initiated by us for reasons unrelated to your conduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your nominated payment method, subject to AML and KYC checks.

You may request Account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed subject to any pending bets, active bonus terms and withdrawal verifications being resolved.

2jbeat reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the Platform or by email to the address on file with reasonable notice, where practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure.

In the event of a dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our customer support team. 2jbeat does not represent that these Terms comply with the laws of Pakistan or any other jurisdiction in which a player may be located. It remains the player's responsibility to verify their own legal position.
